CHARDONNAY VIOGNIER, “Serie A”, Familia Zuccardi – Argentina

Zuccardi’s new release from lower yielding vineyards is a great blend of peachy Viognier and ripe, citrussy, rounded Chardonnay that is adaptable as an aperitif or with richer white meats.

SAUVIGNON BLANC, “Stoney Range”, Sherwood – New Zealand

A pronounced, herbaceous nose with plenty of ripe gooseberries, guava and nettles on the nose – very typically Marlborough style.

RIESLING, Terra Barossa, Eden Valley – Australia

Sourced from the cooler Eden Valley part of the Barossa, the Riesling vines benefit from the longer, cooler growing season to provide fruit that is crisp, citrusy and tangy.

GAVI, Fratelli Casetta – Italy

Excellent Piedmontese wine, delicate fragrance and lingering flavour.

SAUVIGNON BLANC, Lands End – South Africa

Situated at the most southerly point of Africa, Land's End Estate produces iconic Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah from an extreme microclimate. In vineyards where the pruners sometimes have trouble standing up because of the wind, the grapes ripen slowly giving great intensity of flavour and texture.

CHABLIS, Domaine Courtault – France

Jean Claude Courtault’s estate was created as recently as 1984 and consists of 17 hectares of prime land in Chablis and Petit Chablis. This wine displays typical crisp, steely, citrus laced fruit with hints of almond and mineral.

SANCERRE “Chavignol”, Domaine Moreux – France

Classic dry, steely Sauvignon fruit with subtle smoky grapefruit character and an intense core of crisp, minerally fruit. Elegant and long.

VIOGNIER, “Mill Road Vineyard”, Eberle Winery – California

Gary Eberle’s Viognier is not exactly shy and retiring! A big wine in all respects with ripe honeysuckle, apricot and spice on the nose followed by a richly textured palate of fragrant stone fruits and subtle hints of creamy oak.

POUILLY FUISSE, Domaine Les Vieux Murs – France

A classic example of Southern Burgundy wine, this has an intense mineral and citrus character with strong hints of complex nutty, buttery flavours.

MEURSAULT "Sous La Velle",Domaine Mestre Michelot – France

This classic Meursault from one of the village's best producers shows rich, rounded fruit borne out of the barrel fermentation and extended ageing in oak. Lovely lifted citrus and honeysuckle on the palate lead into richer, toastier notes with hints of vanilla.

CADET DE KA, Chateau Ka, Bekaa Valley – Romania

CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG, Castello di Meleto – Italy

A superbly balanced medium bodied red with juicy red fruit character and hints of dried cherries and chocolate. The palate is structured but never heavy, supremely savoury and very moreish.

PINOT NOIR, Sherwood Estate – New Zealand

Beautifully ripe, dark berry fruit characterises this wine. Medium bodied with a soft, supple style and warm, savoury finish.

Decanter magazine rated Havens as one of the top ten U.S producers of Syrah recently and it is easy to see why. This wine has a dense core of spicy, blackcurrant and bramble fruit overlaid with nuances of coffee, chocolate and tobacco.

MARGAUX 3eme CRU CLASSE, Chateau Boyd Cantenac France

The strange name derives from a 19th century owner. The wine is full of old fashioned virtues, it is long lasting and richly complexed. Altogether a stunning wine.

OTRYTIS SEMILLON, Hillsview – Australia

A rich unctuous, dessert wine with concentrated marmalade and barley sugar like qualities. Beautifully smooth and mouth filling yet supremely balanced with crisp acidity to give a mouth tingling finish.

Rose

SYRAH ROSE, Santa Rosa – Argentina

A vivid, bright pink with all the ripe, succulent fruit one would expect. Soft, well rounded and oh so gluggable.

PINOT GRIGIO BLUSH, Casa Defra – Italy

A pale salmon pink colour with a delicate yet lively nose of fresh raspberries and wild strawberries. Crisp, light and fragrant on the palate with succulent finish.

SHIRAZ/MERLOT ROSE, Skuttlebutt – Australia

A vibrant strawberry filled concoction laden with ripe exotic berry fruits with hints of spice and turkish delight, crisp zingy and enticingly moreish.

PROSECCO SPUMANTE BRUT, Sacchetto – Italy
